Please be informed that, in Nigeria, all visa applications must be submitted to the Embassy of Japan in Nigeria.

As it is written in the URL above, when all the required documents are ready, the visa applicant can apply for visa at the Embassy of Japan in Abuja, Nigeria by submitting all the necessary documents. All visa applications must be submitted in person by the applicant. Please note that there is no accredited travel agent approved by the Embassy of Japan in Nigeria.
