Japan Applauds Leadership and National Cohesion Course Graduates

On 13 December 2024, Lieutenant Colonel MORITA Tatsuya, Defence Attaché of the Embassy of Japan in Nigeria, attended the Graduation Ceremony of the Leadership and National Cohesion Course at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre in Abuja.
27 Nigerian stakeholders attended the course as part of the Japan-funded project in partnership with UNDP, which aimed at enhancing their capacities for effective peace support operations in West Africa.
Lieutenant Colonel Morita looked forward to the graduates’ efforts in further fostering the national cohesion of Nigeria and Africa. Japan is committed to peace and stability across the continent.
