For a minor visa applicant

1. If a visa applicant is a minor and planning to travel without parents
If a visa applicant is a minor and planning to travel without parents, documents below are required in addition to the basic requirement for visa application.
(1) a letter of consent signed by a parent
(2) document/documents to prove the relationship between the applicant and the parent (e.g. birth certificate)
(3) photocopy of the valid parent's ID with signature (e.g. driver’s license, NIN slip etc. Government approved ID only. Company ID / Organization ID is not acceptable)
2. For Sports and School trip
In addition to the above requirements, for underlisted categories, a clearance certificate from National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in person (NAPTIP) is required for visa application.
(1) A minor visa applicant who is planning to travel without parents for sport or school trip (for stay up to 90 days)
(2) A minor student athlete for long-term stay
